Support While You Are at the Track

Sector bets on the roulette track behave differently from inside and outside bets — they cover multiple numbers at once and carry their own chip minimums. If a Neighbours bet or a Voisins placement does not register the way you expected, our support team can check the round replay from your account history. For table connection drops mid-round, the resolution path is the same: open a support ticket with your account ID and the table name, and our team retrieves the hand record directly.

hm88 What Our Roulette Track Tables Actually Cover

What Our Roulette Track Tables Actually Cover

On a European or French roulette wheel, 37 numbers follow a fixed physical sequence — not numerical order. The track maps that sequence as a clickable oval with four named sectors: Voisins du Zéro spans 17 numbers flanking zero, Tiers du Cylindre covers 12 on the far arc, Orphelins fills the remaining eight, and Jeu Zéro is a compact bet around zero.

Neighbours extends that further — pick any number on the track and push the bet two positions either side. Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live keep the track panel open throughout, so it is always a single tap away.

How hm88 Runs Roulette Track Tables

Our live roulette tables come directly from certified studios — Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live both operate under independent audit regimes. The physical wheel and ball are used in live-streamed games, meaning no RNG algorithm determines the outcome; the result is the actual ball position. Where a provider publishes RTP figures for a specific roulette variant, that figure is shown on the table stats panel. We do not pad table odds or alter payout ratios on our end — the numbers you see are the provider's own published figures.

Studio Certification Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live studios are independently audited. Their roulette wheels and track layouts are certified before going live on any table.
Physical Wheel, Real Result Live roulette outcomes come from an actual spinning wheel and ball drop — not a random number generator. The camera feed and result are one and the same.
RTP Shown Where Available We display RTP figures on the table stats panel only when the provider publishes them for that specific variant. No invented percentages appear anywhere.
Account Round History Every spin result, including your sector-bet breakdown, stays in your account round history. You can check any past spin to see how your track bets resolved.

Key Terms for Roulette Track Betting

The roulette track carries its own betting vocabulary that does not appear on the standard layout grid. Sector names, call bet types and track mechanics all have specific meanings that affect how many chips you place and which numbers are covered.

What is Voisins du Zéro?

French for 'neighbours of zero'. A sector bet covering 17 numbers on the wheel closest to zero, placed using nine chips across splits, corners and a trio.

What is Tiers du Cylindre?

French for 'thirds of the cylinder'. Covers 12 numbers on the arc opposite zero, requiring six chips placed as six split bets across adjacent number pairs.

What is Orphelins?

The eight numbers not included in Voisins or Tiers. Split into two small arcs on the wheel, Orphelins requires five chips — four splits and one straight-up bet on number 1.

What is a Neighbours bet?

A five-number bet centred on any number you select on the track. The bet covers that number plus the two positions immediately left and right on the wheel.

What is Jeu Zéro?

Zero game — a four-chip bet focused tightly around the zero pocket, covering numbers 12, 35, 3, 26, 0, 32 and 15 via splits and one straight-up.

What does 'call bet' mean in roulette?

A bet placed verbally or by clicking a sector on the track, covering multiple numbers in one action. Chips are distributed automatically by the table interface or dealer.

Roulette Track Questions Answered

These are the questions we hear most from those moving from standard roulette to track-based sector betting. Each answer covers how the roulette track works at our live tables and how sector bets are handled. Whether you are figuring out your first Neighbours bet or want to know why the call bet minimum differs from the regular table minimum, you will find a direct answer below.

Click or tap any sector label or number on the track panel. Your chips land across the sector's numbers automatically. Check the chip count shown before confirming your placement.

European Roulette and French Roulette tables from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live include the track as a permanent oval panel on the table interface.

The standard Neighbours bet covers five numbers — your selected number plus two each side. Some tables let you expand to three each side for a seven-number bet.

The track panel is fully touch-responsive on mobile. Tap a sector name or a number arc on the oval and your chips are placed across the right numbers.

Wheel order reflects where numbers actually sit on the physical rim. Sector bets cover adjacent wheel positions, which are scattered across the standard layout grid.

Your bet is recorded server-side the moment you place it. A stream drop does not cancel the bet — the result applies once the wheel completes the spin.
